Today we opened the first envelope and found inside was a picture of baby Jesus, an angel, a scripture and an activity. The scripture was Luke 2:10, "And the angel said unto them, fear not: for behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."
Our activity included:
Do a small kindness for Jesus. Do a service for someone in your family such as secretly making a bed for someone and leave a small picture of the Christ child at the site of your service. That person then has to do a kind thing in secret for someone else in the family. It is wonderful to have a spirit of service in the home!
