Bryson's teacher wanted each student to write a paragraph on something they could try to persuade her to do. Here is what Bryson wrote about.
And just in case you can't read it very well it says,
Mrs Hainline, have you ever wanted peace in your classroom?
Then you might want scattered desks. It will be quiet. No one will be next to each other. We will be so quiet you will almost faint. We will listen better because we will be spaced out. And no one can bug any one. It will be peaceful you might have the most peaceful classroom in the school. It would be so quiet you will feel peace. Would you like it to be how it was when you were little? From your tired hopeful student Bryson.
The drawing at the bottom is supposed to be Mrs Hainline saying, "It's so quiet I'm going to faint"
