Meeting Elvis

Okay, so we stayed at a place called Graceland one night and everywhere we looked all we could see was this guy that was singing or dancing. He was in pictures all over the walls of the room we stayed in and even in the lobby where we ate our breakfast. We don't know this man, but we were told his name is Elvis. He used to live in a big mansion house that was right next to our hotel. We don't know what that is all about, but our favorite part about this hotel was the lion head fountain. There was a lion with water pouring out of it's mouth. We enjoyed splashing people as they went by! OOPS! =}

See this airplane.... We got to sit in it and pretend that we were flying! So COOL! We found a museum with all kinds of fun things to do with planes. They have computers with programs to fly. We aren't very good at it yet though because our plane would crash. We need lots of practice.

There was also an exhibit with a story about a plane that had to crash land into water and after 70 years they pulled it out of the water and put it in the museum. You've got to check it out!

Check out this huge airplane! We got to stop at an air force base and look at all the cool planes. We had fun running around and pretending like they were going to get us! How cool it would be to actually get to fly one of these!

Long Drive... Fun Sites!

We took a long drive to our new home in Georgia! It took us three days to get there, but we had lots of things to do and see to help make it bearable.
